Returns & exchanges
We want the piece to be right. Where it isn't, here is exactly what we can and cannot do — including the one case where we cannot take a piece back at all.
The window
Exchanges and store credit are available within 15 days of receipt, with the original invoice, on unworn pieces with tags attached and in original packaging.
What you receive
Approved returns are resolved by exchange or store credit. We do not refund to the original payment method.
Made-to-order pieces
A piece finished with Tack Tack is stitched to your choice and cannot be returned or exchanged. This is stated on the product page next to the option, and again in your bag.
Sale items
Sale and promotional pieces are final unless the piece is faulty.
Faulty pieces
If something arrives faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and your order number. We will collect it and replace or credit it at our cost.
Return shipping
Return shipping is at your cost unless the piece is faulty or we sent the wrong item. A return raised for an invalid reason may incur a QAR 100 shipping fee.
